Bryan - El Camino Real de los Tejas

"Yet it was I who destroyed the Amorite before them, 

Whose height was like the height of the cedars, 

And he was as strong as the oaks; 

Yet I destroyed his fruit above 

And his roots beneath" (Amos 2:9).

The Lord had prophetically exhorted us on Saturday night - "You are heading into the hornet's nest."  He also declared according to Exodus 23:28 - "I will send hornets ahead of you so that they will drive out the Hivites, the Canaanites, and the Hittites before you."

We had been strictly commanded to pray DAILY Psalm 91 over ourselves, our families and over everyone connected in anyway with the trip.  We have done so and I admonish each reader to do so as well.

In Nacogdoches in 1832, a National Militia was formed which defeated the 300 soldiers that represented the oppressive Mexican government. And on January 14, 1836 (175 years ago) - David Crockett and his 65 volunteers signed up for the army with the provincial government of Texas.  The core team in a prophetic action of saying "yes" - signed a similar document in the Nacogdoches square.  We are IN.

We are headed down the Royal Road towards Alto, Mission Tejas and Crockett.  At the Caddoan Mounds south of Alto we witnessed a remarkable display of victory and redemption for members of the Comanche and Caddo Nations.  A spirit of death going back at least to 850 AD was broken and sent to the dry places.

At Mission Tejas we walked the original path of the El Camino Real de los Tejas.  We marked it as the Lord's royal road.  We dropped a plumb line to align it with His kingdom.  As we finished our stay at the Mission we saw a stone inlay of a Cedar tree in the flooring of the mission.  We had placed, unaware at the time, the Yeshua cornerstone on the roots of that tree (entrance to Mission Tejas).  The Lord declared to us that as we exited the chapel we were gong into the next assignment but we were also heading to the strong roots of iniquity in Texas.

Worship again, led by the IHOP team from College Station, was awesome.  Our offerings for Roma have exceeded all expectations.  The attendees all signed up for the army of Texas as well.  We received the above passage from Amos as a confirmation and assignment from the Lord.  Our first assignment on the trail this morning takes us into Caldwell - the home of the hornets.

Nacogdoches - El Camino Real de los Tejas

Our journey began in earnest yesterday as we gathered at the Cane River/Red River in Natchitoches, Louisiana.  The morning was filled with mourning and repentance.  We re-established Natchitoches as a spiritual hub for the transportation of God's glory.  We dismantled the iniquitous structures and routes that had passed through this hub throughout the centuries - Queen of Heaven, human trafficking (slavery), drugs, witchcraft and the forced evacuation of the Native Americans.  We used the Lord's key to close the door forever to these powers and opened the door to the King of kings.  We established El Camino Real de los Tejas as His ROYAL ROAD.  One intercessor the night before saw a purple mantle coming upon the team and me.  We are a royal entourage - carrying His presence and glory into Texas.

The principal stops after Natchitoches were:

• Los Adaes - the first capital of the province of Texas under Spain.  We laid the Yeshua cornerstone on the spot and dedicated this royal capital to our King.  The El Camino Real was a road that Spain used to connect one capital with another - starting in Mexico City and ending in Los Adaes.  Apostle Jay Swallow called us precisely at the moment we were placing on plumb line on the site of the Mission Chapel at Los Adaes and prayed and declared God's purposes over us.
• The Sabine River - on both sides of the river we cut the old routes of sin (especially the forced membership into Freemasonry) that was imposed by the owner of the ferry before you entered Texas.
• San Augustine - the location of one of the major Spanish missions planted along the Royal Road.  We dealt with a very strong presence of pain that was forced upon the Native American population.

We closed the night with worship at the Millard Crossing Chapel in Nacogdoches. it was another powerful time of worship led by the worship team from Word of Life (Pastor Simon Purvis) in Lufkin. We established God's purpose for synergy of the generations as a prophetic mantle was released on the next generation.  Our total offerings are now at $7200.  Continue to answer the CALL.

Natchitoches - El Camino Real de los Tejas

United together as a team

We began our journey last night in Natchitoches.  Powerful worship.  Powerful declarations.  A united and committed core team.  A mustering of willing troops.  Our offerings for the border - pledged and given are already over $5000.  Praise the Lord.  Here are three of the declarations we made last night!

• We declare that the Lord Jesus Christ is established as the true Lord and King of Texas and He is our true cornerstone. The government is on His shoulder
• We declare the mustering and release of intercessors throughout the state.  We declare the mourners to cry out for justice.  We declare the raising up of an army for God’s kingdom.
• We declare the release of His provision, strength, harvest, life, light and GLORY in and through Texas, Louisiana, Mexico, and all of the United States.

A Macedonian Call - PASS THE WORD!

We have entered a new season.  Although this may sound like a cliche, the fact is - it is the truth.  The Lord is looking at His body in a whole new way this season, we must respond to the call and come up higher.
 
In one week there is a team responding to a Macedonian Call from a church on the border with Mexico.  The four walled institutional churches that have supported missions in the past are facing financial difficulties.  The bottom line - churches that have financially supported God’s work in the past are not able to do that in this new season.  Now is the time for the remnant to step forward.
 
The call from the border church was for financial help.  Due to the drug cartel wars in Mexico the church has experienced a tremendous need for resources to meet the needs of people streaming across the border seeking refuge.  The cry has gone out and the Texas Apostolic Prayer Network (TXAPN) is responding.  A core team of 25 individuals will be traveling the length of Texas from Natchitoches, Louisiana to the Mexico/Texas border in response to “the call”.  This group is making the sacrifice of time and resources, paying their own way, to stand with a church in need.
 
We are asking you to join this assignment and sow financially in response to this cry for help.  No amount is to small.  If every one who receives this cry will give just five dollars then our goal of taking a minimum of $10,000.00 to the church would be met.
 
None of the money you give will be used for any portion of the trip.  IT WILL ALL GO TO THE CHURCH ON THE BORDER.

Thirteen Days to Glory

This past Friday (January 14) we were in Homer, Louisiana.  Where is that?  Why?  It is snuggled into Northern Louisiana just east of Shreveport.  We had a meeting called "Glory Invasion" there and it brought in intercessory leaders from all of Louisiana as well as Texas, Arkansas and Oklahoma.  On that night I witnessed intercessors and leaders from South and North Louisiana repenting and reconciling to each other.  We witnessed prophetically a "siege line" formed to insure that dark regions in their state could no longer flourish.  A tremendous mantle and anointing fell on all those present.

The Alamo

The meeting was a precursor to what the Lord was going to be doing in the near future.  Read the letter/testimony of Ken Bryan (TXAPN Executive Council member from Waskom, Texas) which he wrote to me today.

Sorry you missed Saturday and Sunday in Homer but I wanted to keep you up to date with how the Lord continues to move with us, TXAPN, this season.  Just a reminder that the Homer, Louisiana area where you joined us Friday evening for the “Glory Invasion” is an area Chuck Pierce avoids at all cost, even going out of his way to drive around it when he travels.  In other words it has been a weak area spiritually. Also remember that I shared Friday night that the Lord told me to lay a siege line across north Louisiana.
 
I hope you recall me telling you that on our West Coast Journey at the San Francisco House of Prayer the word “Alamo” came forth as my team was being prayed for and we all fell down.
 
Saturday morning, January 15th, after I opened the “Glory Invasion” morning session I received a text from Michael Dowling, San Francisco House of Prayer.  The following is the text.
 
“Hey brother, how has everything been going?  Just wanted to share with you that as I watched a movie about the Alamo I couldn’t stop relating the Davy Crockett actor with you.  Every time he spoke it sounded like you to me.  I think you’ve seen it.  Well just wanted to share that through out the whole movie I kept hearing "Ken".  I was really impacted by the movie anyway.  I had forgotten the details of the Alamo account and it made me understand many important aspects of the nation’s history especially of Texas. Remember the Alamo."
 
I got back up at the meeting and explained to the gathering what had happened in San Francisco, that the name of the book this Alamo movie was taken from was “Thirteen Days to Glory; The Siege of the Alamo”.  Those good in math started sighing, 13 days from the 15th will be January 28th, the day we start the El Camino Real journey at Natchitoches, Louisiana.  (We will be carrying the “Glory” on our journey)  Davy Crockett entered Texas from Natchitoches where from what we can tell; he probably had to cross the Sabine River on the ferry where the owner made you join the Masons to enter Texas.  Crockett and his Tennessee volunteers were assigned to defend the weakest part of the Alamo Mission, an area that meant they were willing to sacrifice their life for freedom.
 
It is very clear the Lord is speaking to us at TXAPN in a language we can understand. Michael and I have not conversed in a couple of months and we haven’t discussed the Alamo incident since October of last year.  He chose Saturday morning, January 15th to remind me to “Remember the Alamo” and the role of Texas in the nation’s history.  Let the El Camino Real de los Tejas also be another important aspect of the nation’s history.
 
It just kept coming. As we were driving back to Homer on Sunday morning to conclude the “Glory Invasion” meeting a van passed us on the interstate.  There was a large sign on the back of the van, it said “Traveling the Kings Highway”
 
General Tom, my volunteers and I will be joining you in Natchitoches 13 days from January 15th and proceeding into Texas.

The glory invasion of Texas will start on January 28 as we begin retracing the path of El Camino Real de lost Tejas (The King's Highway of Texas).  Interestingly we will be travelling the same road David Crockett did during the same period of time but 175 years later.  Another initiative we are presently carrying out is the retracing of the Texas Independence Trail - an independence won 175 years ago.  We will re-visit sites such as the Alamo and San Jacinto in March and April.  Read about this assignment at http://tomschlueter.blogspot.com/2010/10/release-of-glory-gonzales.html
